Staying connected and having an access to the internet every second has become important more than ever before. But sometimes the fliers who are traveling frequently feel helpless, as not all the airports offer free Wi-Fi.
An infographic below created by Airfarewatchdog provides all the airports and wi-fi related information you were waiting for. The chart gives information about wireless connections at major airports in the United States and worldwide, airports with free Wi-Fi and the ones with the most expensive Wi-Fi as well as usage limitations.
The major airports in Anchorage, Boston, Cleveland, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Washington D.C. and all the city airports in California including San Francisco International offer unlimited free Wi-Fi, while New York City-based airports — such as John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia International and Newark Liberty International charge $4.95 for an hour or $7.95 for 24 hours to access their networks.
Hawaii Honolulu International, which offers limited Wi-Fi in gates and departure areas, costs even more: $6.95 for just two hours and $24.95 for a monthly pass.
Internationally, travelers enjoy free Wi-Fi at Dubai International Airport, Dublin Airport in Ireland and Changi International Airport in Singapore. But London Heathrow Airport and Charles De Gaulle International Airport in Paris again charge the passengers.
